Working with teams internationally, Matt managed the delivery of the Electrical Power Monitoring System scope of work at one of the largest data center projects in the world. After successfully helping turn over 400 MW+ of greenfield and brownfield distribution in the Omaha area Matt and his wife moved to Kansas City where they now reside. Outside of navigating the constraints of the mission critical industry, Matt enjoys good beer, good company and good times. Matt started with CFT in 2022
Harlan joined CFT in 2022 with 10 years of electrical construction management and field experience.

David joined CFT in 2023 with 15 years of construction experience mostly in the general contracting industry.
Growing up in Northeast Iowa, Iowa State University in Ames was the obvious choice for pursuing an engineering degree. Upon graduation David was recruited up to Minneapolis-St. Paul area where he took on a traveling project management role. Once outside of the general contracting world it only made sense for David to continue those working relationships into a different role and jump into the sales industry. Outside of work David and his beautiful wife Brooke spend most of their free time enjoying the outdoors in some form of camping, cycling, photography, spending time with the dog, and discovering new fun spots with friends. A fun fact about David that you probably wouldn't know, he likely drinks more Folgers coffee than anyone else you know (for better or for worse).
